Solution Packages
IT and cybersecurity solution packages
Solution Packages are the productized way to consume Anneal Tech. Each package is a defined scope, a defined price model, and a defined operating commitment, designed so the organization can buy a complete capability rather than assemble it from line items. The portfolio covers the three operational layers that small business, mid market, and lower enterprise organizations consume technology through: cybersecurity, managed IT, and device lifecycle. The packages scale from 10 person small businesses through to global enterprises by combining different tiers and add ons.
The three package families are Security Core for cybersecurity, Business Pro for managed IT and platform administration, and PC as a Service for device hardware lifecycle. Each family has tiers that match the organization's depth of need, and the three families compose so an organization can run a complete IT and cybersecurity program on Anneal Tech with one provider, one contract, and one invoice.
Security Core for cybersecurity
Security Core is the cybersecurity package family, organized into Complete, Device, and Identity tiers. The Complete tier is the full layered defense across endpoint and identity surfaces with 24 by 7 SOC monitoring, MDR, and identity threat detection and response. The Device tier focuses on endpoint protection, patch management, and device level SOC coverage. The Identity tier focuses on conditional access, multi factor authentication, identity threat detection, and the controls around the credential surface that drives most modern intrusions.
- Security Core Complete. Full device plus identity defense with 24 by 7 SOC, MDR, and ITDR.
- Security Core Device. Endpoint protection, patch automation, EDR, and 24 by 7 device SOC.
- Security Core Identity. Conditional access, MFA, ITDR, and identity protection across Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Business Pro for managed IT
Business Pro is the managed IT and platform administration package family, organized into Complete, Device, and Identity tiers. The Complete tier is the full Fractional IT Department, including daily user support, productivity platform administration, device management, identity management, and security operations. The Device and Identity tiers are decomposed for organizations that need only the device side or only the identity side of the program.
- Business Pro Complete. Full Fractional IT Department covering support, devices, identity, productivity platform, and security operations.
- Business Pro Device. Device management, patching, EDR, and warranty logistics on a per device subscription.
- Business Pro Identity. Identity administration, conditional access, and identity surface security on a per user subscription.
PC as a Service for device lifecycle
PC as a Service is the hardware lifecycle package family, organized into Workforce Ready and Enterprise tiers. PCaaS combines the laptop itself, the deployment and onboarding, the warranty and break fix logistics, the refresh cycle, and secure retirement into a single per device, per month subscription. Workforce Ready is calibrated to small business and mid market profiles. Enterprise is built for the zero touch deployment and the larger fleet scale that lower enterprise organizations need.
- PCaaS Workforce Ready. Per device subscription including hardware, deployment, warranty, refresh, and retirement.
- PCaaS Enterprise. Zero touch deployment, mixed fleet support, and the operational scale lower enterprise organizations require.
How the packages compose
Most organizations consume more than one package. A small business with no internal IT typically engages Business Pro Complete and Security Core Complete, plus PCaaS Workforce Ready for hardware that the organization wants as an operating expense rather than capital expense. A mid market organization with an internal IT lead may engage Security Core Complete for the security operations layer and PCaaS Enterprise for hardware, while keeping the daily support internal. A lower enterprise organization may engage all three families with the Enterprise tier on PCaaS and the Complete tiers on Security Core and Business Pro.
The composition is flexible. The packages are designed to be assembled in the combination that fits the organization's operating model, with no requirement to take the full set. We will recommend the composition that fits during scoping based on the team you have, the threat environment you operate in, and the cost model you need to operate against.
Why predictable packages instead of custom contracts
Custom IT and cybersecurity contracts create three problems. They take longer to negotiate. They take longer to deliver. They create operational drift over time as the organization's needs evolve and the contract scope stops fitting. Solution Packages remove that overhead by productizing the scope, the price, and the operating commitment so the organization can move quickly, adjust as needs evolve, and account for the cost predictably rather than line item by line item.
Predictable OpEx over CapEx also matters financially. Hardware as a subscription, security operations as a subscription, and managed IT as a subscription all convert technology from a capital allocation problem to an operating expense the business plans around. For organizations financing the IT footprint through cash flow rather than balance sheet, the OpEx model is structurally easier to budget and to scale.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to take all three package families to be a customer?
No. The packages compose but they are not mutually dependent. Organizations engage the package or packages that fit their need.
How do the packages handle scale beyond the standard tiers?
Through add ons and capacity expansion within the package structure. The packages cover the operational profile of small business through lower enterprise. Above that band, the engagement moves into the IT Advisory portfolio and the Xurrent ESM portfolio with custom scoping.
Can we start with one package and add others later?
Yes. Most customers start with one package and expand as the relationship matures and the operating model evolves.

What is and is not included
Solution Packages are productized scope, which means the boundaries are defined. Security Core includes the controls, the 24 by 7 SOC, the response, and the reporting for the device and identity surfaces. Business Pro includes the daily support, the platform administration, and the operational management of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. PCaaS includes the hardware, the deployment, the warranty, the refresh, and the retirement of the laptop fleet.
What is not included is the work that is structurally a project rather than a subscription. Major migrations, M and A integration, ITSM platform implementation, ESM rollout, and large cybersecurity remediation programs are scoped as separate engagements through the Advisory and Cloud Productivity practices. The package is the operating model. The project work feeds into and out of the package as the organization's needs evolve.
