Who supports our employees day-to-day?

What happens at refresh time?

Refresh cycles are scheduled in advance, typically three to four years depending on the device class. At refresh, the new device ships to the employee and the old device returns to us for certified data destruction with documentation.

How do you secure retired devices?

Returned devices go through certified data destruction and are refurbished or recycled through certified channels. You receive chain-of-custody documentation for every retired device for your audit and compliance records.

Can we mix Mac and Windows fleets?

Yes. The program supports Windows and macOS fleets, or a mixed environment. Imaging, security tooling, and support are configured per platform during onboarding, and the service desk handles tickets for both.

Engagement model and program integration

PC as a Service Enterprise is built for organizations operating fleets of 50 or more devices that need standardized hardware images, multi region logistics, and integration with HR and procurement systems. The engagement starts with a personas workshop that defines the standard configurations for General Office, Power User, Developer, and any other role specific loadout your business requires. Once personas are defined, devices are pre imaged, pre enrolled, and shipped to employees with their software, security policies, and identity preconfigured. The personas are versioned and updated quarterly so the standard configuration evolves with your business.

Logistics covers North America by default and select international locations on request, with regional warehousing that keeps inventory close to where employees actually sit. Integration with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Rippling, and Gusto triggers device provisioning automatically when a new hire record is created, which removes the manual ticketing step that usually slows down onboarding. End of life hardware is collected, securely wiped with certified data destruction documentation, and refurbished or recycled responsibly. The certification packet supports HIPAA, SOC 2, and other privacy obligations without additional work from your team.

Enterprise terms run on 24 or 36 month cycles aligned to your refresh planning. Buy out is available at fair market value at the end of the term for organizations that prefer to retain ownership. The service is operated by the same team that runs Business Pro and Security Core, so device, security, identity, and support all flow through one accountable program rather than across separate vendors with separate SLAs.
