How quickly can a new hire get a device?

What happens to old devices when they are replaced?

The hardware refresh cycle is built into the subscription. At the end of the standard three year term, devices are replaced with current models at no additional cost, which means the team is never working on slow, out of warranty equipment. Damaged or failed devices are replaced or repaired on a next business day basis, with a loaner available where the timeline matters. End of life hardware is collected, securely wiped, and either refurbished or recycled with certified data destruction, so the offboarding side of the lifecycle is owned by Anneal Tech as well.
