We are headquartered in Round Rock, Texas and serve clients across the United States, with a strong on-site presence in Central Texas (Austin metro, San Antonio, the I-35 corridor) and active engagements in the DFW region. Our 24/7/365 manned cybersecurity Security Operations Center (SOC) covers monitoring and incident response around the clock, while standard IT help desk and managed-support work is delivered during U.S. business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Central) with after-hours escalation for critical incidents.

Anneal Tech was founded by Logan Dunnaway, an IT leader with experience building and managing technology operations for enterprise organizations. Logan founded Anneal Tech to bring that caliber of IT leadership to growing businesses that deserve better than break-fix support.
